1- Any tool that doesn't account for the special features of individual languages it purports to support is doomed to fail sooner rather than lather.

3-Transaltion tools are great at identifying matches on the sentence level . relatively good at finding concordances, and absolutely abysmal at coming up with good suggestions at the sub- sentence level, let alone morphological level.

I don't like too much this day because of the marketing thing but In the good way I think that this ok for demonstrate affect to the most important persons of your life , I think you can do that all the days of the year and it not necessary to wait to that date .

This era was the beginning of electronic devices and had 3 periods ,the transistors period, the integrate circuits period and computers and processors period.In this era was the first electronic and general purpose computer and the processing speed was slower than others , in this era appeared the transistor , the integrated circuit and the computer processor.

In this period the  knowledge was converted in electrical impulses , the importance of this era was the different ways to control and uses of  the electricity.
Many different machines appeared in this era like the colossus machine and others that was the beginnings of telecommunication like the voltaic battery , the telegraph and the telephone and radio.

La llegada de las ICT y su facil acceso a la mayoria de poblacion ha causado que la informacion corra cada vez mas rapido de un lado del mundo a otro , opino que esto es un punto a favor ya que esto nos mantiene informados sobre cualquier hecho y temas de nuestro interes , un punto en contra seria el mal uso que se les da en ocasiones ,muchos solo las usan para malinformar y manipular , un ejemplo seria el caso reciente en Monterrey donde un joven de apenas 15 años disparo contra sus compañeros , maestra y despues se quito la vida , previamente lo anuncio en un foro y supuestamente el era parte de un grupo llamado “Legion Holk” , en este caso el mal uso de las ICT en combinacion con un joven vulnerable resultaron en tragedia .

Creo que se deberia de empezar con iniciativas en medios e instituciones para educar a la poblacion sobre su correcto uso , las ICT facilitan nuestra vida , nos mantienen conectados pero el mal uso y la falta de educacion de la mayoria de la poblacion las hacen hoy en dia una herramienta herramienta distractora para la mayoria no muy productiva.
